well the reason why it isn't good for mental health is i am trapped in the small confines of a truck with a very NEGATIVE SICK INDIVIDUAL..whom i love... he needs help and doesn't admit it... and it is too much for me .. and i have always been alone driving truck.. then forced to be team operator... not healthy.. then there is no good sleep.. we put 7000 miles a week on the thing and the truck NEVER stops accept for fuel... i would rather drive alone as i use to.. of course GOD forbid if i do. cause i don't put up with anything.i also was never to walk again or work again due to an act of nature accident.. the whole face of a mountain came down on me and my truck and i was never to walk again, or work again and by the grace of GOD i can do both.. however it is uncomfortable for my back and legs.. i am broken up somewhat..
