Seeing my son living in a university dorm, I know that colleges and universities are full of people who're uneducated in life itself. I really feel for your brother. Is there any way he can find some people to share an apartment with off-campus, or take a room nearby? This is what saved my son from the cr** of dorms, and he still has his old friends, it didn't affect his relationships with them. I'm wishing all the best for your brother.
