Mair,
I'm sorry you haven't been able to reach her. Even cell numbers, if you had one, aren't working consistently. Fox News was posting numbers for the Red Cross, FEMA, etc. You might be able to find something out through them if you don't hear something soon. I would offer my sis to drive by, but if she is on the inland waterway, there may not be access right now.
I'll keep my fingers crossed and say prayers.
