I love that you are so forthright. Your life is still young but you have faced so much pain. I too am a Daddy's girl. My mother was BP and had over 100 shock treatments. I only had Daddy and my sisters to hang on to.
What I am trying to say is I am so sorry you lost your Dad...you must have loved him so much.
This site is amazing...I have been here for months. I probably will not leave.
My sister is BP and she found lithium has kept her in balanced. Years ago she attempted suicide and then really got her life together. She has been good for over 25 years.
You are right killing yourself would cause tremendous pain.
My Uncle did it and our family never got over the pain.
You are a real survivor and go getter....I hope we can be there for you.
We are a wonderful group of very interesting people.
I will be thinking about you.
