Actually Emme, it sounds quite terrifying. I'm sorry you had to experience that. Were you upset before you went to bed that night, or did you maybe see something creepy on television that could have sparked such a nightmare? Sometimes everyday things upset me more than I realize. For instance, if I see a spider inside the house, I'm pretty much guaranteed a "spider nightmare," especially if I react with panic to it (I have a phobia of them). But, even when I stay calm, nightmares can still happen. Do you think the characters in the dream represent something?
