Oh, I do too. Once, I went to a Catholic school and I saw a saint statue in the dark. It really scared me. I thought it was a real man standing there staring at me in the dark. I kept yelling at him, "What's your problem?" I got the nerve to go up to him and it was a statue!
As a kid, I never found looking at a man nailed to a cross comforting. I wouldn't even listen to half of what the preacher or priest was saying. I just kept staring at those painful and graphic sceanery. It was very scary too, because I thought, "Gosh, death is painful."
Emmy, I don't find anything you say offensive. It is your experience.
I just think there is more to this dream. There is a culture. I can't remember their name right now. They really believe in listening to their dreams. The children as well as the adults dreams are validated. They believe we can overcome a lot of our fears in the dream world too. I believe that. Hey, if you can face a demonic creature that is 12 feet high, then you can face a 6 foot jerk you work with.:) I love to figure out dreams. Thanks for sharing.
