This is the topic of discussion for therapy tomorrow. Change usually immediately sends me into a downward spiral. Not this time, though! I do believe it's a blessing in disguise. Maybe it's not even disguised all that well this time. So far, I feel good and I'm considering all my options. Things are going to be better.
You are my role model. If you see me getting discouraged, please just bop me over the head and say, "hey! Remember me?"
