> Sorry for all the confusion!! *l*<<<<<< Thanks Nikki and Mel, for another culturally enlightening experience! Now, jam-type jelly I could see due to the banana split connection. But Jello with ice cream, hmmmm.... Not as alarming as vegemite and whatever-mite (the UK equivalent, can't recall), but still rather curious. In principle sounds to me a bit like using rice cakes for the bun of a juicy cheeseburger. If you're gonna have a sweet indulgence, why not just go ahead and make it a sugar coma? With cake, shortbread, cookies or hot fudge in there instead!?
Ha ha, just kidding, no sweet gets snubbed by me. I'm an equal-opportunity eater. And I admit it does sound like an interesting experiment in combining textures! I can even taste it and picture it already, which is actually kind of sad. ;- )
Oh, P.S. -- yes thank you and happy PBirthday Dr. Bob, it is a gem of a site in many regards!
