Hi Lexy, I have lost 15 pounds on Atkins while taking Lexapro. It has been pretty easy. If you need more info on Atkins, let me know and I'll be happy to give you some tips. I just got back from vacation and I didn't gain a pound back even though I cheated big time! By the way, good luck to you! I am so proud of you for coming this far and I know that you will be a caring and competent therapist (can I have your card?). Hope you still continue to check in with us when you get back home.
