I get a massage once a month. It started one day when I was super stressed and called on a whim. I really like the therapist, and booked another one for the next month. My husband who is "fiscally responsible" if not cheap :), seems to agree that they help me and does not mind the expense.
What a treat! I can tell when I am due. In fact, with work stress lately, may move the next one up.
