That is the First Church of Christ, Scientist, or the Christian Scientists.
There is an interesting tale of Mark Twain breaking, I think it was a leg, and the only 'medical' help available was a Christian Scientist healer. Well, the leg was never repaired, and when Mark arrived at home, he began to receive requests for payment. He wrote back complaining that he hadn't been healed. Soon arrived another letter saying that the healing was spiritual. He responded saying that he had then paid in spirit. I believe he received no further requests for payment.
Dee.
