Do you think they talk about their patients?
*Uh, YEAH!!! I know if I was a therapist that's ALL I would talk about. But, it wouldn't be bad, not all bad anyway. I know they say they don't talk aobut their clients but my therapist refers to other clients on ocassion. If he tells me about others, imagine what he tells his wife!
Heck yeah, I'm sure they talk about their clients. (Maybe I'll ask Bubba that question too...You need to stop being so inquisitive, as I'm going to use all of my precious time with Bubba getting all of your questions answered instead of my problems!)Typical conversation:
Him: "You wouldn't believe the day I had! Judy just went on and on about her boyfriend. I wanted to tell her to take her head out of her butt and just leave the worthless piece of junk. But, she wouldn't listen anyway."
Her: "I know. I tried to tell Kelli that her geography class isn't really that hard, but she wouldn't listen to me either. How do we get through to these people?"
Him: "I'm just glad we're perfect. I mean with our perfect kids and our perfect boat, it almost makes me feel better to listen to other people's problems when I realize that I'm not half as annoying as they are." (Mind you, he says this while clipping his toenails and watching Mad About You)
In walks Bubba: "Hey guys, can I use your telephone. I need to call a client really late at night and get some support. Would that be OK with you?"
End Scene One
(Stupid perfect therapists with their stupid perfect lives! Or are they? (Start music {Du du duuuu!)))
