Thanks! I would really appreciate knowing what works, so I can try it. The problem is really frustrating because I sleep and sleep, but feel like I only got in two hours of rest. Hmm...could be all my medications, but I can't quit taking them. I know I'm Bipolar III, the kind that acts up only when I take certain anti-depressants. Right now I'm on Paxil, and I am noticing an increased eneregy on very low amounts of sleep. Could mean the a-d is working, or could be my BP3...ahhh!!!
