I'll have to keep an eye out for the Tobago 75%. That's about the percentage that I like the best. I mostly go for the dark stuff.
I'm proclaiming the gospel of Dolfin, a Belgian brand. Check them out on the web. It's not so easy to find, but it's total heaven. They've got a wonderful line of both milk and dark chocolate bars with ingredients such as Ear Grey, organge peel, carmelized cocoa beans, pink peppercorns, mint leaves, etc. They've got a 70% and I think there's one higher than that.
Valrhona is very nice. My second favorite. They don't have the elaborate flavors, but their dark is great stuff. I've never tried their milk, but I imagine it would be good.
Scharffen Berger (not sure if I spelled that right) is American made but on par with European brands. I liked it, but you pay through the nose for it even worse than the other brands. So I don't buy it, but it's worth giving it a shot to see what you think.
Among the easier to find stuff, I like the Paul Newman's orange flavored dark chocolate. And I do like Andes mints.
Someone else was telling me that they liked Choco Love. I haven't tried it yet.
You know what's great? Chocolate covered cranberries.
Sheesh, I'm such a chocoholic. Okay, I'll be quiet now.
Long live chocolate! :) :)
