Hi Susan,
Thats great that you're feeling a little better about it all..
I know when I'm alone I try and indulge in the things I hate doing with other people, like museums.. (other people always move faster than me and I end up feeling rushed!) maybe theres a beauty salon or spa around that you could go to on sunday and be spoiled a little??
