Yes, they sit outside and smoke and it comes right through my windows and sticks to all the furniture and my clothes. One woman was originally living there who was supposed to be living alone, and then she moved in her bum boyfriend and his bum 18 year old, very loud son. From what I understand the landlord wasn't too happy about it. The son is actually the worst so far in terms of noise. He sits on the phone outside (smoking of course) and bellows to his friends every morning for hours.
But maybe it's a good idea to be nice in case I have to have one of them drive me to the landlord's house... ; )
You are one brave woman to move there all by yourself.
