Here's hoping to more happy days for you.
It seems clear that you enjoy the company of others and are renewed by being with others, Tabitha. I'm sure this is redundant, because you and your therapist have doubtless covered this. But you should really brainstorm some ideas of becoming part of a thriving supportive group of some sort. Church is one idea. How about charity work. It doesn't have to be hands on, if you prefer not to. It could be more of an administrative nature. Are there any political causes you feel passionate about?
There are so many things I'd love to do if I could ever count on myself to be there (and if I could ever find being with others more renewing than draining.)
