I forgot the dog question, unfortunately. It never occurred to me that someone might not be crazy about dogs. He lives with them, but they're relatively scared of him.
Hunting would definitely be a deal breaker. I know I eat meat (although I wish I could give it up) but to enjoy killing wouldn't be what I wanted in a man.
I'm afraid my two big ones were perhaps a bit shallow. He was smarter than I was (big turn-on) and he was funny as heck (also big turn-on). But evenutally if we hadn't shared the same values and goals we would have never gotten married. After all, we had thirteen years to get to know each other. But somehow he fooled me on the dogs all that time. Sigh. There is none so blind as a girl set on her mate.
