I've only ever really looked at one, which is Emode. I think its really good they have lots of fun personality tests you can take and see who you match up with, actually you can take the fun tests regardless of whether or not you want to date anyone.
I don't have anything to compare it to though. They do have a nifty
accessory where you can click on someone's picture if you are interested, and then your picture is shown to them with all the other people the next time they search.
If they click your picture too then you are both notified, and that way there is less risk of rejection. I don't know maybe all the services have that.
The men are really bad at emailing, I found that after that "mutual match" I always have to do the emailing!

What I find pretty bizarre though, is that some guys just want to talk dirty, once they've written and liked your picture, I mean they don't even want to meet.
I cannot understand why they need to join a DATING service to talk dirty to someone they don't want to know well. What difference does it make what you look like or if you have shared interests if they never want to meet, geez paste a poster on your wall and pretend dude its cheaper...and its not like there are not plenty of services available to *ahem*... amorous males on the internet.
