Yes yes! My mother constantly feeds birds in her yard, and will occasionally get some bluebirds, as well as orioles. Nothing like it to lift the spirits as we sit so quietly and watch them in awe...all summer long she also has treefulls of hot yellow finches. They are so busy, yet oddly, it is so soothing to watch them against soft green leaves and the deep blue sky.
God, I love beasties. I have a furry one asleep on my lap right now...my best buddy.
