Do I really want to help people or am I just fooling myself - want to point out to people what's wrong with them to make myself feel better? I hope that's not it... For what it's worth, I don't always do that.

Hmmm. Maybe you should do it MORE, there's good trouble and bad trouble-making, the difference is in what the results do to the one making trouble. Is it worth it? I pick my battles, give it all I got, then let the wreckers sort it out amongst themselves, very fulfilling. You friend sounds to me like a time-stealer, and heck life is short, right? Confronting a brick wall, that's a time stealer in my book. Who has the patience for that crap? Not me, troublewaits.
Good friends do too, take care.robin
