I have stamped my little feet and I refuse to move on Christmas and Boxing day!!! My husband was.. well.. swaying towards his mothers plan (going to hubbies brothers, where the in laws willbe.. but also the brothers in laws who utterly utterly do my head in!!!) until I found a seriously scrummy christmas recipe that ahs him drooling, and I told him he could only have it if we stayed home for christmas!!!! (its cheese and chestnut fritters with a cranberry sauce!!!)
We're going to my families the weekend before Christmas, when mum is lending me her car for 2 weeks (her boyfriend has one so she won't be inconvienced!), and then down to see the in laws on the Friday after Christmas!!!
We had christmas alone 3 years ago, and it was a little lonely, but, I just can't face the in laws this year... they know nothing of my "problems" and put so much pressure on me.
