he does indeed appear in the 3rd flick. I think. can't remember. Mini-me was there for sure, and Scott. and some guy who eats his own skin flakes, ewww.
But Mr Bigglesworth was not actually a hairless cat, he was a white fluffy cat who lost his fur in an unfortunate time-travel mishap.
