Hello me darling you wear a lovely smile today

Where you peeping in on me while I was in the shower again? ;-) (That would be scary..actually...lol!)

>Kind of like hitchcocks psycho. :o

> So, how come you have to go up and down with the Effexor? Is it possible at all to try augmenting it with something so you won't have to?

I lose that effexor feeling so lowering it I think gives a dopamine kick..more energy then anxiety creeps in so I go back up and it always feels as good as the first time I took it..the neurontin i take almost eradicated the withdrawals

> Believe me I know the Effexor 'dilemma'. It took me almost four years to actually get used to this med. I might recommend going to lowest dose possible..likely 37.5mg's...stick with it for as many months as you can, until you get almost zilch side-effects...then raise to 75. Your mmv of course, but I think you sorta have to force your body to tolerate it. That is where I think most have problems.

Well I'm doing ok...back on the 225mg-doc won't give me anymore says it makes my hypomanic :)but just had to pop a benzo to try and sleep ,xperiencing slight reality gymnastics ..nice
You're only here weekends my hearts been pining ;)
You get into that shower now while I wander off to the peephole ;)
