About asking for help. And my husband and I are now projecting that onto my daughter...!!! When asked (at a parenting class I go to) what important value I'd like to instill in my children (all other parents said Respect) I said, "respect goes without saying, I think, everyone here answered that, of course that's number one... but I want my child to learn how to ask for help." I think too many kids get frustrated because they don't ask for help... adults too. It's even more frustrating being at the end of your rope, finally reaching out and getting rejected. I can TOTALLY relate. Let's try to get better at that Lini, okay? :)
