The thing I hate most about feeling 'weird' is that it makes me think I'm going insane from the depression. I'm trying to figure out what is causing the weird feelings. I was really stressed out about something and I thought that was the cause. But when that stressor went away, the weird feelings didn't dissipate. Now, I have to reevalute or 'over analyze' as you mentioned - ha ha.
