I dumped him today. I've had a rough go the past three months. When I first started seeing him, I lost my job. I was on the phone with him, telling him about it and I was in tears. I said that I could hear my dad laughing about it (my father has always told me that I would never amount to anything and that he would make sure of that). So when I said the figurative sentence, the dr said "Cover your ears." Needless to say, that conversation ended there. I don't have a psychiatrist again. Or anyone else for that matter.
