Me: 24 year-old riches-to-rags girl with tendencies to alternately sob and laugh hysterically. heroes: charles bukowski, janis joplin, gandhi, bob dylan, joan baez, anais nin. can practice the amazing feat of knocking out a liter of wine in an hour while pretending to do yoga. bruised/scabbed legs due to drunken falling and 12 years shaving-legs experience being at its best, fair. tend to have dry skin and usually sport obscenely bright toenails. am sometimes so tired and disillusioned that when i run into acquaintances i say, "I'm sorry, i'm too tired right now to talk," and run off. display all of my respectable novels and hide my Cosmo and People mags and self-help books in a closet. picky eater and on probation. pick the dead skin off my feet when no one is looking. very happy with boyfriend. trying to quit shoplifting.
