I took the increased dose last night and slept a whole 7 hours. I feel calmer and less overstimulated today. I hope it will last. Then I can work on returning all the stuff I've bought and catching up on my work. LOL
My husband isn't too bad. He just feels like he has to fix everything and gets all parental on me. Then I become the rebellious teenager. But it can't be easy for him either.
I'm so glad that you are feeling better. Was it decreasing the Depakote dose that helped?
