Both of your posts were perfect. You described a trip towards mania very well in the first.
Have you up'd you Depakote? If so, is it providing a calming effect yet? (It works almost immediately for me).
Remind your hubby that this is part of the illness and that you need his support. He may need to give you room, or he may need to step in.
My hubby was Horrible during my last depression. I need to discuss it with him, but since things are better, I'm doing that ole' "maybe it won't happen next time" routine.
