Kates
thanks hun. having a cheering section helps.
I've asked every doc I've ever had for a sleep med but they refuse. They tell me to get busier, exercise more, get fresh air and I'll be able to sleep just fine......I work, I exercise, I get out as much as this damned anxiety will let me but I can still be up all night long. It isn't that I'm not tired, I am exhausted. I just can't get my mind to shut up long enough for me to fall asleep. I lie in bed and get all tense. Every little noise I hear is an afront to my senses. My heart pounds, and anxiety sets in. Like I can sleep in those conditions......
I think doctors just hate me. I have 0 trust in them anymore.
thanks for caring Katey
you take care too

I take it too on a daily basis and I have found that when I start to have a really bad time with anxiety, if I take enough to stop the anxiety, i can go back to my regular dose next day or so. Sort of like short circuiting the anxiety cycle. I know you worry about addiction, but it sounds like the anxiety is really getting the better of you right now. Ever tried any of the anti-psychotics like zyprexa?
