I can relate to the food issues. its always been a major warning flag for me when im getting depressed again. the only problem is that by the time it pops up, i dont even care anymore. sweetie, i wish i had some better advice for you, or knew more about anxiety, i feel like i should have some sage words of wisdom for you, and i dont. im trying to think of something extremely healthy that has a good share of calories in it that you might be able to stomach.

also, have you tried taking a sleep med? if you can force your body into sleep it might help to calm some of your edginess. a vitamin wont be a cure all, but you should still be taking one a day, especially if you arent eating. it'll help sustain your body for the long haul until you can get everything back on track. hang in there honey, we're all cheering for you, and we know you can win.

I take it too on a daily basis and I have found that when I start to have a really bad time with anxiety, if I take enough to stop the anxiety, i can go back to my regular dose next day or so. Sort of like short circuiting the anxiety cycle. I know you worry about addiction, but it sounds like the anxiety is really getting the better of you right now. Ever tried any of the anti-psychotics like zyprexa?
