thanks! tho i think kristi deserves more props 'cos she's been smoking longer, works in a smoke-filled environment, and is not allowed to use the patch or gum!
and then you've white-lily me, patched-up and chewing at the nic in a smoke-free environment.
still, i am a bit proud though--this is the first time in 8 years that i've given cigarettes up on my own volition (had to do it briefly twice before, doc's orders). today on break i took a walk instead of smoking.
i don't feel any different, just happy for my skin and lungs!
i do have a great love for smoking, though, and congrats for you too, mair, for kicking.
