Hi Akc, Your dogs have been the best, they clean my face every time they see me. Besure and expect me to look after them when you go next time too. No, really, seriously, folks...I am glad you are home, here is your hug and enjoy the banter and babble your fellow babbler

> My mom is doing okay. They were moving her to a rehab hospital today. Her lungs cleared up pretty quick, but then she had some heart complications. But that seemed to be under control today. However, she has no endurance whatsoever, so the need for a few days of rehab. She still had pretty good muscular strength (my mom has participated in an outpatient cardio-pulminonary fitness program for five years to maintain her fitness even though she has COPD). Hopefully, she will be able to go home by the beginning of next week.

> The visit was great with my mom. My sister and mom's husband made the first day incredibly stressful. But I accomplished exactly what I wanted -- spending quality time with my mother. It is scary to think that each time I see my mom may be the last time. I plan to get out there as soon as I can -- maybe November.

> In all manners, I am exhausted. I really won't get to catch up until this weekend. I have to get into work first thing -- try to get in some good billable hours these last three days -- even though I have every conceivable appointment that I could possibly have!

> PBA looks pretty interesting. If Sal has been homo bashing on PB, my dander will be up in an instance (not to mention the religious stuff). I thought of you all often -- next trip, the laptop travels with me. I don't know why I didn't take it with me this time.
