Welcome home!

Glad to hear that your visit with your Mom was a good one and that she is doing OK. I know from my experience of moving my G-ma into a rehab center that it can be an extremely stressful time. I hope you are able to spend some wonderful time with her in the future.

Your comment about billable hours brought back memories of my ex-boss saying "Gee Greg, doesn't look like you have very many billable hours on your time sheet this pay period..." grrrrr.

Get yourself some rest before diving in at PBA.

I hope you're doing well,
Greg

However, she has no endurance whatsoever, so the need for a few days of rehab. She still had pretty good muscular strength (my mom has participated in an outpatient cardio-pulminonary fitness program for five years to maintain her fitness even though she has COPD). Hopefully, she will be able to go home by the beginning of next week.

It is scary to think that each time I see my mom may be the last time. I plan to get out there as soon as I can -- maybe November.
