Kristi

I'll try to explain how it works to you. Maybe you can try it the principles without the hypnosis to see if it will work for you. The urge for a cigarette will pass in two minutes if you can hold out. (Besides the physical addiction their is also a lot of psychological jargan involved. For myself lighting a cigarette has literally become as natural as taking a breath of air.)

Here's how to do it:
Practice taking deep slow breaths in and out.
Say to yourself, "It feels good not to need a cigarette." OR "It feels good to be a non-smoker."
Repeat the line 10 times, meanwhile taking the deep slow breaths.

After doing this take a drink of cool water or chew on your favourite flavoured sugarless gum. You can try this at anytime, perhaps the next time you desire a cigarette. Make sure you brush and floss your teeth it will help to get rid of the taste. When you decide to quit have your teeth professionally cleaned.

Let us know how it goes!

BEST WISHES
Willow
