i haven't had a cigarette in 4 days now. i went all out and got the patch, Nicorette gum, and herbal cigarettes.
i think it'll be v. tough not having any nicotine in your system (the gum helps me a lot). herbal cigarettes and kind of weird and gross, but sometimes you just want to puff on something, and they are tobacco-free, nicotine-free, etc. all natural.
how long have you been smoking? how much?
