I have some Winston and Ellis Marsalis CDs...I am one of those people who can never remember names of songs...but the one I would like to dance to all day long are the ones with the piano, lyrical, intense and satisfying. Jazz has always made a difference if it is on in the background while I am doing something, especially something creative. I can't deal with the horn, at times, it is too strident and demanding.

> You know that theme in Carmen? The one with lots of tempi changes? Slow and dirgy, then quicker? That sounds about what I've got right now. Trouble sleeping, tired all the time, but lots of restless motions, and then a ton of energy all at one moment, then gone again.

Not bipolar style, just that "I'm too tense and too afraid of you to relax when you're here, so it's only when I'm all alone that I relax fully" style.
