Those effects would depend on the amount you have it seems however why is the impact inconsistent, one time a couple of beers can leave one feeling wretched the day after, other times not. It would seem to be the additives in this case but these were brewed at the pub and should have been low on additives.

Yet a couple of more shots of vodka or tequila can have no ill effects on occassion. What's the diff? Metabolism of the day, combined with the other factors?

And fuel? Fuel for what?
