dj, i apologize for my delay in responding. I thought i had replied to your message. i'm on a bit of a rollercoaster right now.
Cost was $100 US per session
I had the following effects, as far as I recall:
- some relaxation effects
- occasional improvement in mood (more cheerful)
- increased sense of awareness (i know that sounds vague, but i'm not sure how to describe it)
- sense that i could focus better (i was doing volunteer work at the time, so that was helpful)another side effect - a positive sense that i was working with intelligent, caring, honest people who weren't trying to bullshit me and listened closely to me, and that i was doing something affirmative to help myself
