This may sound trivial, but there's a poem by Edna St Vincent Millay called The Suicide. It's one of the things which has stopped me now and again.
Read it, if you can, and see what it does for you. Maybe it won't help, maybe you'll find your reason to live is to stamp out Millay's poetry for ever and ever, but maybe you'll find it inspirational, too.
