I agree with CarolAnn's advice. Not everyone with ADD has hyperactivity. I don't. The right medication (if you are diagnosed with ADD) may do wonders for you. Some common ones are Ritalin, Adderall and Dexedrine. I hope you investigate this and start feeling better. Good luck.
