Well, sounds like you took a strong, assertive stand against some immature nonsense...good for you! Many people don't find the strength to do that, especially in the high school environment, which really can be brutal sometimes.

And, Matt, I don't see it as *paranoid* at all when you discovered or plainly witnessed that people there really WERE talking about you! :-)
