Strangely enough, I've actually done some research on this subject. It was after the whole Janet Jackson thing. I just felt really offended that a women's breast is considered vulgar! Society has made this a big deal. Long ago, men found a women's ankle arousing! Why is what 'men' find arousing something women should be ashamed of?
I also read that in an African village where women go topless all the time, they questioned some of the natives about this. The said the women fell out laughing at the thought of 'men acting like babies'. The breast may be an erogenous zone, much like the neck and other areas, but that doesn't make it sexual. I think its outragous that a man can go bare chested, but a women would be arrested because what they were born with looks 'different'.
