It's so hard to live with your mom past a certain age, especially when they insist on acting like a martyr and you genuinely want to please her so much.

Hang in there! You'll be on your own before you know it. That's when moms look better to all of us! ;~} My oldest has been out of the house for a while but I catch myself still being very surprised that she calls me so often and asks my advice!
