room mates..

been married for 15 years..
he is my room mate..we "get together once ever 6 months or so...(drunk)or longer" i am okay with that...i feel fat and ugly...(always have)never have been overweight until the meds...(5 years)..
how can i be what he wants(sex)..when i feel so unattractive?
