My pdoc recently raised my Celexa to 60mg from the 40mg I usually take. I was taking fish oil for quite a while but quit because I thought it might have made my cholesterol go up, even though I was told it would bring it down. I've never heard that it helps ease anxiety. What dosage is recommended for anxiety?
