i don't usally have manic states, mine are more depressed yet irrtible moods, im awake but im discusted with everything and i feel like drinking alcohol

personally all the naturapth .... st. johns wart, sam-e are the only ones i've seen somwheat effective, all these others that the nutrition people say cures with natural stuff, it's like a placebo effect with me, and even make me irrtible while taking them

omega 3's are good for some mood issues, but they also can have a paradox effect where you feel dyhysphoric......

bad days i'v had to learn to deal with....feels like everyone is happy and i'm the only person that is not in sync with everyone

not a genius but understand pain
"unheard pain is told through good company
