So-so days, worse days, bad days: is this typical?

Posted by Mtom on December 24, 2016, at 12:04:23

I seem to vacillate a lot, without any rhyme or reason. I don't take antidepressants because I can't tolerate them - intense side effects - even antidepressant supplements like 5HTP. I've mentioned taking high dose Vitamin Supplements, omega-3s and Curcumin all recommended by Naturopaths, but I've gone on and off these in the belief they might contribute to the swings. Now, I'm not sure. Maybe these swings are typical of depression. I don't swing into anything resembling manic episodes, just from mild to moderate to strong depression. Do others experience this?
