I've never been particularly good at letting go of things once they get hold. I am trying to not obsessively read everything that's out there like I have been doing. It's pretty much impossible to avoid completely if I watch the news at all. Today, work schedule prevented that and newspaper did not have an update, so it was a little easier to keep away from it.
